  • How to be grounded even when life is "not happy"
  • Where in your body do you feel unhappiness the most
  • The 3 pillars of resilience: 1. Self-acceptance, 2. Emotional regulation, 3. Consistent self-improvement

Mini Practice: "Breath of the Wise Tree" – A grounding breathwork inspired by the forest.

Setting Personal Emotional Wellness Goals

  1. Where am I emotionally today?
  2. What subconscious pattern do I want to strengthen or change?
  3. What habits make me feel more alive?
  4. What stops me from being fully myself?
  5. What are my emotional wellness intentions for the next 90 days?

Activity: "Garden of Intentions" - Participants write their goal on a paper with plant seeds of their choice, provided at the retreat and place it in a symbolic "intention pot" to be taken home and cared for by the participants.
